• Case packer with top-loading (pick and place) system suitable to pack bags inside carton cases. This system is extremely flexible and can handle many different case configurations types of bags and products. Simple and efficient technology, equipped with a bag infeed conveyor that moves the bags forward while the cases are filled by the robots. Compared to a traditional system, this technology is time-saving and increases the final production speed noticeably. Its Delta “spider” robots allow the machine to reach high production speeds. Versatile machine, thanks to the presence of an adjustable case transportation system, which allows to load cases of various shapes by means of its easily-manageable mechanical tracks. Modularity: depending on the required production speed, the machine can be equipped with a variable number of robots (from 1 to 6). Easily accessible in case of cleaning and maintenance interventions.
